I’m not entirely sure on the total number of versions, as it will depend on the plan for the expansion, but the target is to add a ending to the original, so the game won’t be worked on indefinitely.
Are you playing on Windows or Linux? Can you send me the log or in case you see an error there copy it here? If you don’t know where the log is I’ll tell you based on the platform.
The error will most likely not appear in windows, if it is a problem with the engine. The log file should be at %APPDATA%\insect-prison\logs\, let me known what is written inside the most recent log :).

The core theme of this game is with “non-human creatures and maidens”, and adding humans would ruin the style of the game, so it's not possible to add humans or goblins as creatures.
I think monkeys would pair well with the theme, if we could have the CGs for it. Something akin to the Parasite Beasts perhaps, but with some additional gimmick.

The middle town,the sewers entrance,the cave (yes it is the same cave from the roach cave you have to fight for your life to get in the ancient city)
The centipede-a long insect with many cocks for each section of its body I didn't make the stats because I don't know how the combat system works for the game💀25% of encountering and drops the centipede leg that can be used for a item similar to the bandage

Spider: probably high damage but low hp? Idk but it is a spider that is similar to the willow spider 49% percent of encountering (in both tunnels)and drops the spider eye (again it's a Minecraft reference)it can be make into a potion that gives you more damage and can see in dark places(Minecraft reference sorry I'll stop with the Minecraft reference and also the potion Is needed for the spider nest cause the spider nest is pitch dark so you need it to get in)
Mutant spider:high damage and high hp and 10% damage resistance
Drops the spider skin (can be used to make 3 items)
The spider craw- 10 damage useless af
Spider armor- 30 HP added into your maximum hp and 15% damage resistance
The max spider potion-same thing as the spider potion but slightly better only cost 2 spider fur and 1 spider eye

Honestly, I've considered this before, hence the testing, but it turned out to be perfectly correct without any errors, but now I don't know why it's fixing the correct behavior to an incorrect result. So much so that this phenomenon has not been mentioned in any of the previous reports.
I couldn't help but notice a clear bug with the text, the Russian text goes beyond where it should be, which makes it difficult to read. Postscript. Yes, I play in Russian, hello.
I’ll have to find a way to readjust. The UI is sized for English text, but some phrases/names in Cyrillic are quite long and go beyond the limits of the elements.
I already attempted to reduce the size of the font for the Russian translations, but too small and it becomes difficult to read. I’ll have to try either breaking lines or ask Keshka if it is possible to cut some words without loosing meaning.
Regarding the shortening of words without loss of meaning, this is to look at. One of these days I will try to see the entire translation of version 0.90. It may be possible to shorten something. You will need to play the game and see where the words go beyond the scope in order to know what to shorten.
I will look at the 0.90 version file for a future update.

Hello, I just wanted to pop in and report a possible bug or issue. I'm 35 days in and I was fighting the jellyfish in the rear beach when the game crashed on me. I didn't think anything of it and tried it again after booting up the game. I got to the midway protion of the fight after killing a few jellys and the game crashed again. This same issue happened two more times in a row the same way. I'm not sure what's going on, so I figured I'd explain the situation here.
After playing it some more, I managed to pass the jellyfish. However, there is still semi-occasional crashing in other battles I've had in the forest during combat along with the jellyfish. It never did that before when I first started to fight things. As for fighting them previously, I didn't mess with them too much until gaining better equipment.
After your tip, I went and tested it and it has been confirmed that using “Fast Atk” with “Knuckles” equipped will cause the game to crash.
Other weapons have been tested differently depending on their effects, and no serious issues have been found yet, except for the “Dagger” and “Kite Shield” effects which do not trigger stuns and sound effects on enemies other than the target.
If Atela gives us permission to use the additional CGs, we could add some hammock scenes. That could be a good addition as an option to sleeping outside :).

Re-uploaded version 0.90 with the scene issues below fixed, so the Leech and Mosquito scenes should all work normally now. There was also another soft hidden bug pointed out by Lightning_Dragon that should also be fixed in the re-upload :).

There are a few hidden gems here and there, usually not very known due to being shared either in niche circles or on top of archaic or overly complex software. Hopefully this game shines some light on a hidden work and also allows me to gain skills for myself :D.
As a side note, I’ve just re-uploaded the game. It seems something happened during the build process, and somehow the title screen got broken. It should work now none the less.
For the next version, I’m considering attempting to deploy for MacOS as well. Would there be interest in that, considering that I cannot test such a version at all?

Hi Eroism. I found a very specific behavior of the game in the inventor and in the store.
I play on SteamDeck, and I use a touchpad to control the mouse cursor (pressing the touchpad = pressing the left mouse button). In the entire game, in addition to inventory and store, pressing the touchpad is recorded normally, but only in the inventory and in the store pressing on the touchpad work only once every ~ 15 clicks, I have to use a touch screen.
That is a specific problem, seems related to the same issue on Android with the buttons on some menus, which are usually the shop and inventory as well. I believe I fixed it for Android in the new version, let me know if it is also fixed on your side.
I tested version 0.9 for windows (earliest build), works almost perfectly. Back button still works after about the second try, otherwise everything is fine.
What the hell? Why did I get a 1 pregnancy when I watched the memory about Parasite-dog? It was a memory, why? It was 0, I watched it and it became 1 !?!?
Aaaah I didn’t check this sooner or I would have attempted to fix it. Most likely a bug in the recalling. The recalling uses the same scenes as normal but with conditions, so it is likely that I messed/missed some attribute changes.

that and if we have auto skip seen scenes it does not skip the recall.

Could you be using the Knuckles as a weapon? Someone identified that there is a bug with them and occasionally they cause battles to crash.

I got a idea in the deep forest
When at night and you are still in the deep forest there will be a options
1.go back to cabin
2.go to sleep in the deep forest
When going back to the cabin nothing happens
But when you choose to sleep in the deep forest a scene happens:D
Probably the mosquito or roach or even a new insect:p
And also add tentacles in swamp

That's a great idea, maybe I can write a similar event using the original CG, but it'll be after version 1.0 before I can implement it.

No, the original resources still exist on the web. “アテラ” has been updating its game resources on a wiki site, except that the last update was in 2019.
It's a bit difficult to start the game because it's based on the “CardWirth” platform, but as a Japanese, you'll be more familiar with it than we are.

Sorry if I misunderstood, are you referring to the original Japanese text?
The version I’m using as base is the English translated version 0.71b, which does not contain the Japanese text.
The remake uses the text from this version, so it does not contain the Japanese texts.
It is possible to add the Japanese text back by creating a new translation file and copying the original text there.
Another important notice
Re-uploaded version 0.90 with the scene issues below fixed, so the Leech and Mosquito scenes should all work normally now. There was also another soft hidden bug pointed out by Lightning_Dragon that should also be fixed in the re-upload :).
Let me know of other errors found along the way.

A Spanish translator is working on the Spanish option, so I might make an update to 0.90 or 0.95 to add the language.

I can attest to that, it happens when you have panties on, but this also happens with Leech laying eggs.
