Its difficult to say, since craftable items are decided ad-hoc depending on the other features I’m working on. I can say that update v0.65 will include some (if not all) of the Libido Equipment, which are special items sold in Rumia’s shop (includes armor and weapons).
Update v0.60 may or may not include the remaining armor items, but I haven’t decided yet since I’m working on the highlighted features and the Android version.
Regarding the dog, I don’t remember the dog having such features on the original game, but it is a good feature suggestion to be implemented on a later phase.
There is a wikia for the original game where you can see the drop chances and enemy loot :). The remake follows the original’s drop chances with high accuracy. The biggest difference would be the Broken Pickaxe and Iron Ore ratios on the Cliff’s exploration.
Search for “mushi no kangoku wikia” and you’ll find it.

If you search for “183 mushi no kangoku” I’m sure you’ll be able to find it, but beware that you need CardWirth to play it. If whatever site you find the game in does not provide CardWirth, search for “CardWirthPy”.
Remember that this is Japanese software, so you’ll probably find it on japanese sites.
Is there any plans to finish the story or just only remake what was available in the original? I know there was a ton of extra cg with other characters/ monsters that the original creator made that was posted to R34 so it would be neat to see those incorporated.
The current focus is restoring the original content, there are some ideas and plans, however, to continue with more content, including animations that are already available on the game, but not used and potentially finishing the story of the investigation.
Still, I’ll only decide on the If and How to proceed, when I reach the original game’s point.
The availability of CGs is one of the main points for decision.
I’m also working and testing the Android release currently, however that version is conditioned, so don’t expect it to be release on the next update. Maybe it will be ready by update v0.55 or v0.60.
Besides a lot of testing that I still need to complete, there is the next engine update that I’m awaiting to be released as it includes fixes and improvements for the Android deployment that I require.
Regarding the X-Ray feature it is a good suggestion, but if I delve on it, it won’t be before v1.0.
I believe Atella is occupied with his own projects, but it is in my plans to contact him again to know if he would be available to do some additional CGs.
I’ll take the toggable game overs into consideration, however I don’t see much gain from such a feature, since you can easily save most progress just before reaching it.

Wow. It's kinda strange... And cool at the same time. I'd like to help in dev with this one but I know NOTHING about original game. And I don't think that this project need more than one programmer. Anyway, I'm gonna look forward on it.

I’m not entirely sure what is your question, but currently there are 3~9 scenes, depending if you count the variations. You have 3 scenes for the Wharf Roach, 2 for the Parasite Beasts and 3 for the Parasite Worm.
For the normal cases, different scenes trigger based on lewdness level and if your are defeated, fail to escape or caught in battle, depends on the enemies you’re facing. The Parasite Worm scenes trigger differently according to the sleep choices and number of scenes already played/skipped.

What you have seen must have been from Mushi no Kangoku, the original game. This remake is still under development, so many of the enemies and scenes are not yet implemented.
You can follow the roadmap on the top of the page to have a rough idea in which versions the scenes will be added :).

It is possible to build an APK for Android, but I don’t have much free time to test such a version, so the support I would offer would be very limited.
The UI is pretty slick! For my taste, the scenes drag on a bit with too little variation, but the speed function helps with that; wish I could have a speed in between normal and hyper, though. Looking forward to more!
The scenes were kept as close to the original game as possible, with the addition of the fast-forward feature (right mouse button) to speed them by x8.
However I understand that even with the “Long Animations” option toggled off, the scenes might be a bit long for some people.

Well, you can work together with Attela in this direction and it will be faster, maybe at least you will complete the game with your remake
