What if you can use the parasite worms as fishing bait?
What I mean is if you go to the beach with a certain amount of parasites, you'll unlock the option to go fishing.
When you click on the "Fish" button, a CG will play of Leah sticking her ass out, a fish will try to eat the parasite worms and in doing so will start to slide into her vagina!
Though I guess all that would be a problem. Since it not only would it require making who knows how many CGs and would probably make the Anti-Parasite Cure irrelevant.
(Also something tells me I've said all this before. Sorry if I have. lol)

I think the name of the new Lewd Flower enemy should be named the "Libido Flower". Since the game has a theme of using the word; libido. I think calling it a Libido Flower would thematically make sense.
I actually tried to support Viscera on his Ci-en to take a look of is last work but it look so complicated when your not from japan they dont take Mastercard or visa, there is an option to use Paidy which last time i check i had to be in japan to install it or even create an account if i remember correctly, and i dont understand the points thing but i guess i cant use mastercard or visa for that either, so guess im giving up unless anyone here know a way.

I was surprised to find that the art style of this author Atera's works is very similar to Mushi no Kangoku's, but I am not sure if he is related to Mushi no Kangoku's works. However, the art style and content style of his other works are very similar to its sequels, but unfortunately they are all CG art collections. But I also took the liberty to ask, do you have any ideas about making these suspected sequels of his CG into games in the future.

The Red Fish can be cooked into a dish that can max out your health meter.
The Pinkish Purple Fish can be cooked into a dish that can max out your lust meter.
The Green Fish can be cooked into a dish that can cure you of all your parasites.
(Also yes, they were based on the Adorned Unagis.)

Oooh, that's a good one too! Using the eggs or hatchlings as bait for the fish.

Eroism, one question, I found a bug, when I make new progress, my game closes and I can't even see the story from the beginning.
If the game closes after you create a new save file, so per "new game", then start the game again and try to enter the save file through "load game".
